Less than 1 mm thick needles for easy threading through awl holes. Kit consists of 2 wire needles and 10 metres of wax thread.

Easy and versatile accessory to use.
Instructions for making bristle threads for sewing work
- Cut required length of thread for sewing work
- Using a sharp knife tapper, the ends of threads about 7 cm long
- Using a pointed tool begin to separate the tappered threads in to two strands. See images
- Apply wax to the two strands
- Pass the two strands in opposite way through the eye of the needle
- Now tie a knott using the two strands and the thread
- Twist the tappered strands on the main thread
- Apply sticky wax to bind the tappered ends on the main thread
- Repeat the process for the other needle
