All items purchased from the mukshy website will be shipped according to the shipping costs paid. Items purchased with free shipping will be shipped using UK postal service. 

Item shipped using UK postal service reported as not received will be offered a free replacement or full refund. 

All international purchases will be shipped as tracked delivery using international couriers and UK postal service.
